Are Supermarkets Covid-19 Hotspots!!

Ministers have said that supermarkets are Covid-19 hotspots after significant evidence shows that coronavirus is being spread in supermarkets.

Supermarkets are the most frequent common exposure locations  for Covid-19 in England,  new government data has shown.

Public Health England released this finding as part of its analysis of the NHS test and trace app between 9th November and 15 November 2020.

The data shows that 128,808 people had tested positive for the virus over that period. In total approximately  9,789 common locations were reported.

The most frequently visited locations were supermarkets!!
